SAMLK2K13!

So  a few weeks ago, me and my friends took a trip to San Angelo for a day. Why, you ask? Because we could! We left in the morning and ate at a restaurant called Fuentes Cafe, and then we walked around downtown near the restaurant and took some pretty fun pictures! We found some neat alley ways that had really cool graffiti. After we took pictures, we went thrift shopping! It was SO fun. I bought a cute new purse and we just had fun looking around. It was such a fun day and I was so happy to be a part of it! And if you're wondering what the title means, it's "San Angelo, Martin Luther King, 2013". (I don't know why it's taken so long to actually upload the pictures to the blog, well, I've just been really busy the past few weeks).

2013, a year of new...hospital rooms.

Well, 2012 wouldn't have exactly won the "Best Year of the Year Award" (If that even made sense). So as 2013 approached, I was determined to make it the best (or at least better) year! Well, unfortunately, that failed pretty fast. It took 26 days to be exact. I started feeling bad and then Sunday night, it all went downhill from there. I couldn't really go to the hospital because of all the flu viruses going around, and they weren't accepting anything but extremely serious cases. But I screamed and pleaded for them to take me to the ER, and we went. It only could have been by God's doing that we got into a room so fast because they were jam packed, there were NO seats left in the ER. But I ended up staying a week, and having surgery, and couldn't stand it anymore. It was a really rough week and it felt like it was never going to end, but these people got me through it...
