Spent a few days in the hospital.

So Thursday night, the pain that has been in my head spread to my entire body. It became so severe that I was admitted to the hospital Friday night. It's Monday now, and I get to go home tomorrow. I had lots of visitors, Cassie, Hayley, Maggie, Ben, Courtney, Emily, Amy, Jaci, Yvette, Lydia, Jenny, Robert and Charlotte, Robert and Melody, Lynne and Kirk, Amy McAlister and Lisa White, Jenny and Rena, Mike and Pam, and of course my wonderful family members. I appreciate the amazing people in my life supporting me through this time and for those who weren't able to come but still sent me a text or message, that meant a lot to me, too! I appreciate all the prayers and thoughts. I've had some amazing nurses while I've been here, and an incredible doctor who has taken great care of me the past month or so. God is good and some day I'll know why all of this happened. But for now, I just have to stay as strong as I can.

The ring my parents gave me as a get well present!

This is how I spent my first college homecoming. Go cats!

My beautiful roommate and best friends came to see me!

I get to go home tomorrow!
Going home in a few hours!

Haunted house haunted house

Cutting Edge: holds the Guinness world record for the largest walk-through haunted house. Last Friday, my dad took me for my birthday and it was AWESOME. I had so much fun and I definitely recommend it if you ever want to get scared!

I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I really really wanna be a GARDNER GIRL

Freshmen Follies 2012!

This year, my hall joined with the hall next to us for Freshmen Follies and it has been a BLAST. We are dancing to Wanna Be by Spice Girls, reeeeemixed! Just like Sing Song, Freshmen Follies is a time where students can get a skit together to perform during Parent's Weekend at ACU! Some just dance to songs, some change the words to songs to fit ACU, and some just do random stupid things (mostly the boys do that). Today we have three shows, and I'm so excited and a little bit nervous. But it's been fun!

The life of an Art major.

So as you know, I'm a Graphic Design major. One of my favorite classes is Basic Drawing, which is my only 8:00 and it lasts THREE hours. Which is really long, but in reality, it isn't long enough. I can never finish my projects! But it is really great. I love the teacher and I LOVE the people in my class. These are just a few projects and assignments I've done so far.
