Here's a DIY for ya: Journal!

One of my favorite things to do is make mod-podged journals and sketchbooks. I've had lots of people ask me how I do it, so I decided I'll post it on my blog! Here is your very own DIY journal!

What you'll need:

And here's what you do:

 

(When cutting out scrapbook paper, you can cut 

up different pages for variety of design. You can also cut out shapes such as hearts, flowers, stars, and even letters to put on your cover.)

 

It's that simple! 
Now just repeat steps on the other side of the sketchbook or journal, 
or you can just leave it blank.


Now, for this journal, I decided to make tabs on the inside for different cer. It was a little time consuming, but if you decide to do this as well, here's how:

Now that you've done it all, how about a look at the finished product?

ACU Homecoming 2013

Well this Homecoming was definitely better than last year's! I was hired to take pictures during the parade and the game for the Athletic Department (perks of my mom working there!), and I also just took pictures of the other floats and such. It was a lot of fun, and it felt good to take pictures again!  The parade was spectacular and we won the game!
